Scope: the standalone competition terms

These Competition Terms govern the FundedFast Trading Competition: the monthly championships and the practice rounds run on the trader app at app.fundedfast.com. Together with the Official Rules, the Trading Disclosures, the Eligibility Declaration and the Privacy Notice, they are the complete terms of your participation. The competition is free to enter and no purchase is required.

IMPORTANT: By participating in the FundedFast Trading Competitions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Competition Terms and Conditions.

• Restricted jurisdictions. Participation is unavailable to residents of, or persons joining from, the following countries and territories: Afghanistan, Barbados, Belarus, Burkina Faso, Cabo Verde, Congo (DRC), Congo (RC), Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Jamaica, Jordan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Mongolia, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Palestine, Panama, Russia, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Yemen. FundedFast checks both the country of residence in the participant's profile and the country of the connection used to sign up or join.

Replacement of the earlier prop-firm terms

These terms replace, for the competition, the terms that applied to the earlier FundedFast competitions run on the MatchTrader platform (FundedFast Open and FundedFast Masters) and the FundedFast prop-firm challenge terms. Nothing in those earlier terms applies to the FundedFast Trading Competition. A participant in the competition does not buy, hold or trade a challenge or funded account.

Competition environment

• The competition operates exclusively in a simulated (demo) trading environment.
• All trading activity uses virtual funds only. No real money is at risk.
• Participation in the competition does NOT constitute participation in a real or funded trading account.
• Performance in this demo competition is not indicative of future results in live trading.

General conditions

• FundedFast may modify, suspend or cancel the competition, subject to these Terms. Once a championship starts, its published prize structure will not be reduced or cancelled solely because participation is low. The provisions concerning exceptional cancellation, unfilled places and forfeited prizes continue to apply.
• Force majeure and serious technical incidents. If an exceptional event outside FundedFast's reasonable control prevents the Competition from being operated fairly, including a serious technical disaster that makes the championship record and rankings impossible to reconstruct despite reasonable recovery efforts, FundedFast may suspend or cancel the affected championship. FundedFast will take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact and inform participants of the decision and its reasons. If the affected championship is cancelled because its ranking cannot be reconstructed in these circumstances, no prizes are paid for that championship. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected. This provision does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
• FundedFast may refuse or revoke participation where behaviour is deemed abusive, unfair, or in violation of these Terms.
• Participants must not use a display name that is offensive, abusive, discriminatory, threatening or otherwise inappropriate. FundedFast may require the participant to change such a name, replace it with a neutral display name, or disqualify the participant from the Competition. Any disqualification is subject to review and the dispute and appeal procedures in these Terms and the Official Rules.
• Participation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malta. This does not deprive a participant who is a consumer of any mandatory right to bring proceedings in, or to be sued only in, the courts of the country where they live.
• The Competition uses market prices supplied by Massive. Foreign-exchange and metals prices come from its forex feed; cryptocurrency prices come from Coinbase through the same provider. The Trading Disclosures explain how these prices are used and what happens if the feed is interrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• FundedFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in this competition.
• Except as provided in the Official Rules, including the rules on price errors, technical faults and cancellation, FundedFast is not responsible for technical failures, server outages, data loss, or inability to access the competition platform.
• FundedFast is not liable for any trading losses incurred in the simulated environment or any subsequent live trading activities.
• Participation in this competition does not guarantee success in live trading. Past performance in demo environments is not indicative of future results.
• FundedFast is not responsible for prizes lost, stolen, or undeliverable due to incorrect contact information provided by participants.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes FundedFast's obligation to pay a prize that has been won and confirmed under the Official Rules, or any liability or right that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Dispute resolution

If you believe a decision regarding your competition participation, disqualification, or prize entitlement is incorrect, the following process applies:

Step 1: Support review. Contact support@fundedfast.com within 7 days of being told of the disputed decision. This applies even if you are told after the appeal period in the Official Rules or after the results are final. An appeal about your rank or score in a championship must be made within the shorter deadline in the Official Rules: two working days after the championship ends. Include your account details, competition round, and a description of the dispute. Our support team will review and respond within 5 business days.

Step 2: Escalation. If unsatisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to the FundedFast trading review team, who will conduct a detailed assessment of trading data and rule application.

Step 3: Final determination. If the matter remains unresolved, it will be reviewed by the Company's compliance team, whose decision constitutes the Company's final position.

FundedFast commits to handling all disputes fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe. Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Sponsored content

During your participation in the Competition, the app may display banners from third-party sponsors. Clicking a sponsor banner will direct you to the sponsor's website. If you choose to use any products or services offered by a sponsor, your use of those products or services, and any agreement you enter into with that sponsor, will be subject to the sponsor's own terms and conditions and applicable privacy policy. Any such agreement is entered into directly between you and the sponsor.

Data privacy

By participating in this competition, you acknowledge and agree that:

• FundedFast will collect and process your personal data (including name, email, country of residence, and trading activity) for the purposes of administering the competition, verifying eligibility, and awarding prizes.
• Your data will be processed in accordance with FundedFast's Privacy Policy.
• If you separately opt in, FundedFast may send you marketing emails. Marketing consent is optional, is requested through a separate checkbox that is unticked by default, and is not a condition of entering the Competition or receiving a prize. You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contacting support@fundedfast.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect your participation in the Competition or the account and competition emails necessary to provide the service.
• Winners' names, countries, and trading performance may be published on FundedFast's website and social media channels for promotional purposes.
• Research using anonymised trading data. Memento Enterprises Limited, trading as FundedFast, may anonymise trading activity and performance data collected through the Competition and use the resulting anonymous information for its own research and analysis, including research concerning trading behaviour, strategy and risk management. FundedFast may publish or otherwise make the resulting research, statistics, reports and educational material publicly available. Data used for this research will be anonymised so that participants cannot reasonably be identified, directly or indirectly, taking account of information reasonably likely to be available to FundedFast or others. Published material will not identify participants or disclose trading records that can reasonably be linked to them.

Acceptance of the terms and changes to them

FundedFast may amend these Competition Terms and Conditions from time to time. The following principles apply:

• Rule changes will not apply to rounds already in progress. Any amendments take effect only for future competition rounds starting after the date of the amendment.
• Correcting a technical fault so that the competition engine applies these rules as published is not a rule change. A correction applies from the moment it is made; results already recorded are not recalculated, except as described under "Price errors and technical faults" in the Official Rules.
• Because the competition is free to enter, material changes may take effect without advance notice. They never apply to a round already in progress, and the updated Terms are published on this page before the first round they apply to starts.
• Non-material changes (corrections, clarifications, formatting) may be made without advance notice.
• The current version of these Terms is always available at https://fundedfast.com/terms-conditions-competition. The app links to this shared page.
• Continued participation in any competition round constitutes acceptance of the Terms in effect at the start of that round.

In the app, you accept each of the five documents with a tick box, and FundedFast records the version you accepted and when. When a new version of a document is published, you are asked to accept it before your next join; a round you have already joined continues under the version in effect when it started.
