1. Before You Delete
Deleting your FundedFast account is permanent and cannot be undone. Before submitting a request, please make sure to:
- Withdraw any pending payouts. Profit payouts that have been approved but not yet sent will be cancelled once your account is closed.
- Close any active trading positions on your linked MatchTrader account.
- Download anything you want to keep— trade history, performance reports, invoices, KYC documents.
- Note that unused challenge fees are non-refundable once a challenge has been activated, per our Terms.
If you only want to stop marketing emails or remove your data from a single category (analytics, advertising, etc.), see Partial Deletionbelow — you do not have to close your whole account.
2. How to Request Deletion
You can request deletion through any of the channels below. We accept requests from any user with an account, whether or not the FundedFast Android app is still installed on your device.
2.1 By email (primary channel)
Send an email from the address registered on your FundedFast account to: support@fundedfast.com.
Include the following details so we can identify your account:
- Subject line: Account Deletion Request — FundedFast
- The email address associated with your FundedFast account.
- Your full name as it appears on your account.
- Whether you are requesting full account deletion or partial deletion (see §7).
- Optional: the reason for deletion (helps us improve the product, but you are not required to provide one).
2.2 From the FundedFast Android app or website (when signed in)
If you are signed in to your FundedFast account, you can start the deletion request directly from your account area: navigate to Account → Settings → Delete account. The link opens a pre-filled email to support@fundedfast.com so that the request is sent from your registered address automatically.
Uninstalling the Android app on its own does notdelete your account or any data we hold — you must submit a deletion request.

3. What We Delete
What FundedFast does not hold (and therefore cannot delete on your behalf): your credit-card, debit-card, or bank-account details; your KYC / identity documents (unless a payout was completed); and your trade-execution records on the broker. These are held by our broker partner MatchTrader as the licensed payment counterparty. When you request deletion from us, we forward the request to MatchTrader, but data we never received cannot be deleted by us. See §5 for the broker / third-party flow.
When you request full account deletion, we erase or irreversibly anonymise the following categories of data we do hold about you:

4. What We Must Keep, and For How Long
Maltese and EU law require us to retain certain records even after you close your account. These are stored separately from active systems, are not used for any marketing or product purpose, and are deleted once the relevant retention window expires.

The data above is kept in segregated, restricted-access storage. It is not used for marketing, model training, or any purpose other than meeting our legal obligations.
5. Third-Party Data
FundedFast does not directly access, handle, or store your credit-card, debit-card, or bank-account details. All payment processing for challenge purchases and payouts is performed by our broker partner MatchTraderand its underlying card processors, under their own PCI-DSS controls and privacy policy. When you request deletion from FundedFast, we forward the request to MatchTrader within 7 days, but the timeline and scope of deletion at MatchTrader follow MatchTrader’s own privacy policy, not ours. We recommend you also submit a direct deletion request to MatchTrader — but we can help facilitate that for you automatically if you mention it in your request to us.
Beyond payment processing, we share limited personal data with the third-party services described in our Privacy Policy. When you request account deletion, we forward the request to the following providers and ask them to delete the data they hold about you on our behalf:
- MatchTrader (Match Trade Technologies): our broker / trading-platform partner. Trading account credentials, KYC documents shared for verification, and trade history.
- Payment processors: the processor we used to take your challenge purchase. Transactional records they keep for their own regulatory retention are subject to their retention windows, not ours.
- Email and CRM: Resend (transactional) and our marketing email provider. Profile and engagement events.
- Analytics & advertising: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), and other tools listed in our Cookie Policy.
- Identity / KYC verification provider (where used).
Each third party operates under its own privacy policy and legally required retention windows. We will provide a list of the specific recipients on request.
6. Timeline & Confirmation
- Acknowledgement: we confirm receipt of your request within 7 days.
- Completion: active-system deletion is completed within 30 days, in line with GDPR Article 12(3). We will email you a confirmation once deletion is complete.
- If we cannot complete within 30 days (for example, where a trading dispute or AML review is in progress) we will explain why, and tell you when we expect to complete.
- Retained records (see §4) are deleted automatically once their retention window expires.
7. Partial Deletion
You don’t have to delete your whole account to remove specific categories of data. In your email to support@fundedfast.com you can ask us to delete only:
- Marketing data: unsubscribe from all marketing emails and delete your marketing-engagement history.
- Analytics & behavioural data: delete event-level analytics associated with your account.
- Optional profile fields: phone number, profile photo, country of residence (where not required for AML).
Partial deletion does not affect your account, your trading history, or your ability to participate in challenges.
8. FundedFast Android App
The FundedFast Android application (com.fundedfast.platform.android.twa) is a Trusted Web Activity that hosts the same FundedFast website inside an Android container. Account creation, account use, and account deletion are handled by the same backend that runs fundedfast.com.
That means:
- Requesting deletion through this page (or by email) deletes your account whether you signed up via the website, the Android app, or both.
- Uninstalling the Android app from your device does not delete your account or data — you must submit a deletion request as described in §2.
- Android Advertising ID and device identifiers collected by the app are deleted as part of §3.
9. Identity Verification
To protect you against unauthorised account deletion, we verify that the request comes from you before we act on it. In most cases the verification step is automatic — the request must come from the email address registered on your account.
Where we are not satisfied the request is genuine (for example, the email address does not match, or the account has had recent payout activity) we may ask for additional verification, such as a copy of the photo ID already on file. We will not ask you to provide new sensitive documents that are not strictly necessary for verification.
10. Appeals & Disputes
If we decline a deletion request (for example, because of an active AML review) we will explain the reason in writing. You can:
- Reply to our response and we will reconsider the request.
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner of Malta (idpc.org.mt) or the data-protection authority in your country of residence.
