This website, fundedfast.com (the Site), is operated by Memento Enterprises Limited, a company registered in Malta under company number C 109385, trading as FundedFast (we, us, our).

FundedFast is a publisher. We publish research, comparisons, rules data, tools and educational content about proprietary trading firms (prop firms). You can reach us at support@fundedfast.com.

By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version number and date at the top of this page show when they last changed, and the new version applies from that date. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

The Site provides information. FundedFast is not a broker, does not give investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, and is not authorised or regulated by any financial authority. We do not accept deposits, hold client funds or execute trades for anyone.

Nothing on the Site is an offer, a recommendation or a solicitation to buy any product or service, or to trade anything. Our pages describe what firms publish and, where we say so, what we have learned from testing them. They do not tell you which firm to choose. Decisions about which firm, product or programme to use are yours alone.

Prop firm programmes usually require you to pay a fee, and many people do not pass or do not receive payouts. Trading is risky. You can lose the fees you pay and, if you trade your own money, more than that. Past results, examples and calculator outputs do not predict future results.

Before you buy anything from a firm, read that firm's own current terms and make sure they suit you and are lawful where you live.

We work to keep the information on the Site accurate and current, and we re-check firm data continuously. Firms change prices and rules often, and mistakes and delays can still happen. The Site, including all firm data, scores, comparisons, calculators and other tools, is provided as it is, without any promise that it is complete, accurate or up to date.

If a firm's own terms say something different from the Site, the firm's terms apply. If you find an error, please tell us through our corrections page so that we can check and fix it.

The Site links to firms and other third-party websites. We do not control those sites or the products and services on them, and we are not a party to anything you agree with a firm. Your relationship with a firm is governed by that firm's terms, and we are not responsible for what a firm does or fails to do.

We may earn money through affiliate links, sponsored placements and services we provide to firms. Paid and affiliate links and placements are labelled where they appear. How we work with firms, and the rules that stop money from changing our editorial scores or lists, are described on our How we make money page and in our methodology.

Our calculators, simulators and other tools give estimates based on the figures you enter and on the rules we have recorded. They are illustrations only. Our editorial score is our own reading of published information. It is not advice, a prediction of results or a statement that any firm is safe.

If we run a competition, it is governed by its own rules, which are published on the Site before the competition opens. Those rules apply in addition to these terms, and if they conflict for that competition, the competition rules apply.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and fairly. In particular, you must not:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights through your use of the Site;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems or other users' data, or interfere with how the Site works;
• use automated tools to copy or collect data from the Site at a scale or in a way that burdens it or that goes beyond personal, non-commercial use, without our written permission;
• submit false, misleading or unlawful content to the Site, for example in a correction request or a vote; or
• present our content as your own or imply that we endorse you or your business.

The Site, its design, text, data, database, tools and our own marks belong to Memento Enterprises Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to view the Site and to use its tools for your own purposes. You may quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link back to the Site. Any other use needs our written permission.

Firm names, logos and other marks on the Site belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the firms we write about, and their appearance does not mean the owner endorses the Site or us.

If you send us feedback, corrections or other material, you give us a free, worldwide right to use it to run and improve the Site, without any obligation to you.

FundedFast previously sold simulated trading challenges, and this Site does not sell them. People who hold an account or have a right under that earlier service keep those rights, and they continue to be governed by the FundedFast terms that applied when they bought. Those earlier terms are kept available on the legacy terms page and are not changed by this page.

These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Site itself.

How we handle personal data, and how the Site uses cookies and similar technologies, is explained in our privacy policy and cookie policy.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties about the Site, and we are not liable for any loss or damage that arises from your use of the Site or from relying on it. This includes loss of money, profit, data or opportunity, loss arising from anything a firm does, and indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

These terms, and any dispute that arises out of or in connection with them or the Site, are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any right you have under mandatory consumer law to bring a claim in the courts where you live or to rely on the mandatory protections of the law there.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, that does not mean we give it up. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to a successor to our business. These terms are written in English, and if a translation or summary differs from the English text, the English text prevails.
