1. Eligibility

The FundedFast Trading Competition is open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Registration: You must register on the FundedFast platform and accept these Terms and Conditions.
• Geographic Eligibility:The competition is open to residents of all eligible countries. The following jurisdictions are not eligible to participate, consistent with FundedFast’s standard restricted jurisdictions policy: Afghanistan, Albania, Baker Island, Bajo Nuevo Bank, Barbados, Belarus, Burkina Faso, Cabo Verde, China, Congo (Democratic Republic), Congo (Republic), Côte d’Ivoire, Cuba, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Guam, Haiti, Hong Kong, Howland Island, Iran, Iraq, Jamaica, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Jordan, Kingman Reef, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Midway Islands, Minor Outlying Islands, Mongolia, Mozambique, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Pakistan, Palestine, Palmyra Atoll, Panama, Puerto Rico, Russia, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Vietnam, Yemen, and any other jurisdiction where participation would violate applicable laws or regulations.

The following persons are NOT eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, consultants, or immediate family members of FundedFast
• Affiliates, introducing partners, or any person receiving referral-based compensation from FundedFast
• Any individual previously suspended or banned from the FundedFast platform
• Any participant engaging in abusive, fraudulent, or manipulative behaviour

1.1 Competition Types

FundedFast operates two parallel trading competitions:

• FundedFast Open: Free to enter. Runs bi-weekly (every 2 weeks). No purchase required.
• FundedFast Masters: Entry fee of $49 (non-refundable under all circumstances, including voluntary withdrawal, disqualification, or drawdown breach). Runs monthly.

1.2 Masters Free Entry Eligibility

The FundedFast Masters competition is free to enter for traders who have purchased any FundedFast challenge within thirty (30) days prior to the Masters round start date. The 30-day window resets with each new challenge purchase. Having an active funded account alone does not qualify for free entry; eligibility is based on challenge purchases.

2. Competition Environment

• The competition operates exclusively in a simulated (demo) trading environment.
• All trading activity uses virtual funds only. No real money is at risk.
• Participation in the competition does NOT constitute participation in a real or funded trading account.
• Performance in this demo competition is not indicative of future results in live trading.

3. Competition Format & Schedule

3.1 Competition Period

The competition trading dates can be found on the competition dashboard on the trading platform.

3.3 Rules

• Any manual trading strategy is permitted, provided it complies with these Terms and Conditions.
• Breaching the 10% daily drawdown or 15% maximum drawdown limits results in immediate and automatic disqualification.
• Each participant may enter the competition once only. Multiple accounts or duplicate entries will result in disqualification.
• A minimum of three (3) trading days is required to be eligible to claim any competition prize.

4. Determination of Winners

• Winners are determined solely by the highest account equity at the competition end time.
• Rankings are final once the competition ends and results are verified.
• In the event of a tie, the participant who achieved the equity level first (by timestamp) will be ranked higher.
• In the event of technical issues, FundedFast reserves the right to review results manually and make final determinations at its sole discretion.

5. Prizes

5.1 Prize Structure

The current prize structure is as follows (subject to change with 14 days’ notice):

Every Open participant also receives a discount on their next FundedFast challenge, delivered by email after the round ends.

Updated prize details are always available on the competition page and within the competition dashboard.

5.2 Prize Conditions

• All prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
• Challenge account prizes must be activated within 30 days of issuance.
• Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel, amend, or adjust the Competition and/or prize structure if participation levels are insufficient or if the Competition is not commercially viable.
• Where a cash prize is offered, the default payout method is cryptocurrency. PayPal and bank transfer can be arranged where applicable, at the Company’s discretion.

5.3 Prize Eligibility Limitation

To ensure fairness and equal opportunity, a participant may not receive a 1st or 2nd place prize more than twice within any single calendar quarter (January–March, April–June, July–September, October–December).

Participants who have already received two (2) such prizes within the same quarter may continue to participate in the competition; however, they will not be eligible to receive further 1st or 2nd place prizes during that period. In such cases, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible participant.

FundedFast reserves the right to identify, link, and treat multiple accounts as a single participant where there is reasonable suspicion that such accounts are controlled by the same individual or group.

6. Winner Notification & Prize Claim

6.1 Notification

All participants will be notified of their finishing rank via email after the competition ends.

Winners must contact the FundedFast Support Team (support@fundedfast.com) to confirm and claim their prize within 14 calendar days of notification.

Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, which may be awarded to the next eligible participant.

6.2 KYC Requirement

Winners may be required to complete identity verification before prizes are released.

This may include providing government-issued photo identification and proof of address.

Failure to complete the required verification may result in delay, suspension, or forfeiture of the prize, at the Company’s discretion.

6.3 Identity Verification and Media Consent

Identity Verification: As a condition of prize release, winners are required to complete identity verification via a short video call with a FundedFast representative. The call must be scheduled and completed within seven (7) calendar days of prize notification.

The purpose of this call is solely to verify that the account was operated by the registered individual. FundedFast reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any prize where identity cannot be confirmed, or where there is reasonable suspicion that the account was not operated by the registered individual.

Media Consent:During or following the verification call, winners may be invited to participate in a recorded winner’s interview for promotional purposes. Participation in the interview is voluntary.

Where a winner consents to participate, they agree that FundedFast may record, use, and publish the content (including their name, voice, likeness, and statements) across social media, websites, and other official channels, without additional compensation. Consent may be withdrawn prior to publication by contacting support@fundedfast.com.

7. Fair Play & Disqualification

Participants must trade in good faith. The following actions will result in immediate disqualification:

• Multiple accounts, duplicate entries, or account sharing
• Coordinated trading, copy trading, or any form of collusion
• Use of automated trading systems, bots, or expert advisors (EAs)
• Exploiting technical issues, pricing errors, latency arbitrage, or platform vulnerabilities
• Any behaviour intended to manipulate rankings or circumvent these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false information during registration or prize claim

FundedFast’s decisions regarding disqualification are final and not subject to appeal.

8. General Conditions

• FundedFast reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
• FundedFast may refuse or revoke participation where behaviour is deemed abusive, unfair, or in violation of these Terms.
• Participation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• FundedFast shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in this competition.
• FundedFast is not responsible for any technical failures, server outages, data loss, or inability to access the competition platform.
• FundedFast is not liable for any trading losses incurred in the simulated environment or any subsequent live trading activities.
• Participation in this competition does not guarantee success in live trading. Past performance in demo environments is not indicative of future results.
• FundedFast is not responsible for prizes lost, stolen, or undeliverable due to incorrect contact information provided by participants.

10. Amendments & Updates

FundedFast may amend these Competition Terms and Conditions from time to time. The following principles apply:

• Rule changes will not apply to rounds already in progress. Any amendments take effect only for future competition rounds starting after the date of the amendment.
• Participants will be notified of material changes via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
• Non-material changes (corrections, clarifications, formatting) may be made without advance notice.
• The current version of these Terms is always available at fundedfast.com/terms-conditions-competition.
• Continued participation in any competition round constitutes acceptance of the Terms in effect at the start of that round.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a decision regarding your competition participation, disqualification, or prize entitlement is incorrect, the following process applies:

• Step 1: Support review. Contact support@fundedfast.com within 7 days of the disputed decision. Include your account details, competition round, and a description of the dispute. Our support team will review and respond within 5 business days.
• Step 2: Escalation. If unsatisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to the FundedFast trading review team, who will conduct a detailed assessment of trading data and rule application.
• Step 3: Final determination.If the matter remains unresolved, it will be reviewed by the Company’s compliance team, whose decision constitutes the Company’s final position.

FundedFast commits to handling all disputes fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe. Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

12. Data Privacy

By participating in this competition, you acknowledge and agree that:

• FundedFast will collect and process your personal data (including name, email, country of residence, and trading activity) for the purposes of administering the competition, verifying eligibility, and awarding prizes.
• Your data will be processed in accordance with FundedFast’s Privacy Policy.
• You may receive marketing communications from FundedFast. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting support.
• Winners’ names, countries, and trading performance may be published on FundedFast’s website and social media channels for promotional purposes.
