How Our Rules Work
Click any rule to see exactly how it applies to your trading.
The maximum daily loss is 5% of your starting balance. This limit applies across all challenge phases and funded accounts.
What resets daily: The daily loss counter resets at 21:00 UTC each day. Both realised and unrealised losses (open floating P&L) count toward the daily limit.
What counts: If your equity at any point during the day drops by 5% or more from your balance at the start of that day, the account is breached. This includes the combined impact of closed trades and open positions.
The maximum total drawdown is 10% of your starting balance. This is an absolute threshold measured from the initial account balance. An add-on available on $50K+ 1-Phase and $100K+ 2-Phase challenges raises this cap to 20%.
When it triggers: If your account equity drops to 90% of the starting balance at any point (or 80% with the 20% drawdown add-on). Whether from closed losses or open floating losses. The account is immediately breached.
Example: On a $100,000 account, if your equity touches $90,000 at any moment, the account is terminated. With the 20% drawdown add-on, the breach line moves to $80,000. This rule is enforced automatically by the monitoring system.
There The maximum per-trade risk is 3% of your starting balance per position. This applies across all challenge phases and funded accounts.
Smart position sizing is the foundation of passing challenges and sustaining a funded account. Combined with the daily loss and max drawdown rules, the 3% per-trade cap keeps any single position from putting your account at serious risk.
No single trading day may account for more than 50% of your total profits. If your best single day exceeds 50% of the cumulative profit target, the target is automatically adjusted upward.
How it works: New target = best day profit / 0.50. For example, if your target is $1,000 and your best day is $600, the new target becomes $1,200 ($600 / 0.50).
Important: No account is failed solely because of this rule. You simply continue trading to the adjusted target. This mechanic ensures traders demonstrate consistent profitability, not a single lucky trade.
No new positions may be opened within 5 minutes before or after a major scheduled economic news release (e.g., NFP, CPI, interest rate decisions).
Existing positions may remain open during news events. This restriction only applies to opening new trades during the restricted window.
This rule protects traders from extreme slippage and unpredictable price spikes that occur during high-impact news releases.
During challenge phases: Stop losses are strongly recommended but not required. You have full flexibility in your risk management approach.
On funded accounts: Stop losses are mandatory on every trade once you are on a funded account. The 5% daily and 10% total drawdown rules continue to apply.
Full Terms & Conditions
FundedFast · Memento Enterprises Limited · C 109385
1. Introduction
FundedFast is the trading name of Memento Enterprises Limited, a company registered in Malta under company registration number C 109385, with registered address at 55 Triq Ir-Ruzell, Attard, ATD 1500, Malta.
FundedFast is not a broker. We do not accept deposits, hold client funds for trading purposes, or facilitate the trading of real financial instruments. Our platform provides a simulated trading environment powered by MatchTrader technology infrastructure, connected to institutional-grade data feeds from third-party liquidity providers.
By purchasing a challenge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must not purchase or participate in any FundedFast challenge programme.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you (the "Trader") and Memento Enterprises Limited (the "Company"). They govern your access to and use of all FundedFast services, including evaluation challenges, funded accounts, and related features.
2. Evaluation Programme
FundedFast offers two evaluation paths for traders seeking funded accounts:
2.1 Two-Phase Challenge
The Two-Phase challenge requires traders to pass two consecutive evaluation stages. In Phase 1, you must reach a profit target of 8% of your starting balance. In Phase 2, the profit target is 5% of your starting balance. Both phases share the same risk management rules. Entry fees for the Two-Phase challenge start from $49.
2.2 One-Phase Challenge
The One-Phase challenge requires a single evaluation stage with a profit target of 10% of your starting balance. Entry fees for the One-Phase challenge start from $99.
2.3 Account Sizes
Account sizes range from $3,000 to $400,000 on the One-Phase challenge and $5,000 to $400,000 on the Two-Phase challenge. The entry fee scales with the account size selected at checkout.
2.4 Time Limits
There is no time limit to complete any challenge. Traders may take as long as needed to reach the profit target, provided they remain active (see Section 2.6 below). A minimum of 3 trading days with at least one executed trade per day is required per phase.
2.5 Phase 2 Activation
Upon passing Phase 1, traders receive Phase 2 account credentials. Phase 2 must be activated within 30 days of receiving login details. Failure to activate within this period may result in suspension of access. The account may be reactivated by contacting support within 90 days.
2.6 Inactivity
If an account shows no trading activity for 90 consecutive days, FundedFast reserves the right to terminate the account. Multiple notifications will be sent prior to any such action. Placing even a single trade within any 30-day window constitutes sufficient activity to maintain the account in good standing.
3. Risk Management
The following risk management rules apply to all challenge phases and funded accounts unless otherwise stated:
- Maximum Daily Loss: 5% of starting balance. This limit resets at 21:00 UTC each day. Both realised and unrealised losses count toward the daily limit.
- Maximum Total Loss: 10% of starting balance. If your account equity drops to 90% of the starting balance at any point, the account is breached. An add-on is available on selected challenges to raise this cap to 20%.
- Maximum Per-Trade Risk: 3% of starting balance per open position. This cap applies across all challenge phases and funded accounts.
- Breach of either the daily loss limit, total loss limit, or per-trade risk cap results in immediate disqualification and termination of the account.
These rules are automatically enforced by our monitoring systems to ensure consistent and fair application across all traders. There is no manual intervention or subjective decision-making in rule enforcement.
4. Trading Restrictions
The following trading practices are prohibited on all FundedFast accounts:
- Automated trading: Expert Advisors (EAs), trading bots, and any form of automated strategy execution are prohibited. All trades must be manually initiated.
- Copy trading: Copying trades from another trader's account, whether through a third-party service or manual replication, is not permitted.
- Latency arbitrage: Exploiting price feed latency between platforms or providers.
- Martingale, reverse martingale and grid strategies: The following are prohibited and may result in immediate account termination: systematically increasing position size after a losing trade or while a position is in loss (martingale); systematically increasing position size following a winning trade (reverse martingale); and systematically opening additional positions in the same instrument and direction at predetermined price intervals while an existing position is in loss (grid trading), whether those additional positions are larger than, equal to, or smaller than the original.
- News trading restriction: No new positions may be opened within 5 minutes before or after a major scheduled economic news release. Existing positions may remain open during news events.
- Consistency rule: No single trading day may account for more than 50% of total profits. If your best single day exceeds 50% of the cumulative profit target, the target is automatically adjusted upward (new target = best day profit / 0.50). No account is failed solely on this rule; you simply continue trading to the adjusted target.
- Minimum trade duration: No position may be opened and closed in under 15 seconds. Violations may be flagged as prohibited scalping.
- Cross-account hedging: Placing opposing positions on the same instrument across different FundedFast accounts, whether your own or coordinated with another trader, is prohibited if opened or closed within one minute of each other.
We commit to never changing rules during an active challenge. If we update our rules, these changes only apply to new challenges started after the update. We provide at least 14 days' notice of any rule changes via email and dashboard notifications.
4.1 Rules We Don't Have
We have intentionally avoided implementing many of the restrictive rules found at other prop firms. FundedFast does not impose any of the following:
- No lot-size caps
- No daily trade limits
- No mandatory stop-loss during evaluation phases (strongly recommended; on funded accounts a stop loss is required on every trade)
- No minimum profit days
- No profit caps (some firms fail traders for making "too much" profit)
- No restricted trading hours
- No minimum trading volume requirements
Our philosophy is to create an environment where disciplined, skilled traders can succeed without arbitrary obstacles. The rules we do have focus on risk management and trading consistency, which are essential traits for long-term trading success.
5. Leverage & Instruments
Maximum leverage depends on the challenge type and the asset class:
- Forex (Majors and Minors): up to 1:50 on One-Phase challenges, up to 1:100 on Two-Phase challenges and funded accounts.
- Forex (Exotics): up to 1:50 on both One-Phase and Two-Phase challenges and funded accounts.
- Commodities (including metals): up to 1:50 on One-Phase challenges, up to 1:100 on Two-Phase challenges and funded accounts.
- Indices: up to 1:50 on One-Phase challenges, up to 1:100 on Two-Phase challenges and funded accounts.
- Cryptocurrencies: up to 1:20 on both One-Phase and Two-Phase challenges and funded accounts.
Traders may access the following asset classes within a single account:
- Forex: 40+ major, minor, and exotic currency pairs
- Stocks: US and international equities
- Cryptocurrency: Major crypto pairs including BTC, ETH, and others
- Indices: Global stock market indices
- Metals: Gold, silver, and other precious metals
- Energy: Oil, natural gas, and related commodities
All assets are tradeable within a single challenge account. Trading hours per instrument may vary based on underlying market sessions and liquidity provider availability.
6. Payouts
Funded traders may request profit withdrawals under the following conditions:
- Withdrawals may be requested every 7 days.
- A minimum of 5 trading days must elapse between withdrawal requests.
- All withdrawal requests are processed within 5 business days.
- Available payout methods: PayPal, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency.
6.1 Profit Split
The default profit split is 80/20 (80% to the trader, 20% to FundedFast). Traders may upgrade to a 90% profit share by selecting the profit share add-on at checkout. The add-on is available on $50,000+ One-Phase challenges and $100,000+ Two-Phase challenges.
6.2 Fee Refund
The challenge entry fee is refunded in full with the first payout after successfully passing the evaluation. The refund is included automatically as part of the first withdrawal.
6.3 Force Majeure & Abnormal Market Conditions
FundedFast operates a simulated trading environment. No Trader funds are invested in, or exposed to, real financial markets, and the Company holds no market position corresponding to any Trader's simulated trades. The simulation uses market data and technology infrastructure supplied by third-party vendors that is outside the Company's control. A "Platform Integrity Event" means any event materially affecting the accuracy, availability, or integrity of the market data used to price simulated positions, or the Company's ability to process trading activity or payouts in the ordinary course, including without limitation: (a) an extreme price move, data gap, or verified pricing error in the reference feed for any tradeable instrument, as evidenced by the data vendor's own incident record or a comparable independent source; (b) a documented interruption or anomaly at a third-party data or infrastructure vendor; (c) a technical failure, outage, or degradation of the trading platform, payment processor, or banking partner; (d) war, terrorism, epidemic or pandemic, natural disaster, governmental or regulatory action, or other event beyond the Company's reasonable control; or (e) a Correlated Payout Event as defined below.
Because a large number of Traders may hold similarly-directed simulated positions in the same instrument at the same time, a sustained or extreme move in the reference price can result in an unusually large number of accounts becoming simultaneously eligible for a profit-share payout (a "Correlated Payout Event"). This is an operational and payout-liquidity planning matter for the Company and does not reflect, and should not be construed as evidence of, any real-market position, hedge, or financial-market liability held by the Company. The Company's monitoring of aggregate, cross-account payout exposure for this purpose is described in our Privacy Policy.
Where the Company reasonably determines that a Platform Integrity Event or Correlated Payout Event exists or has materially affected trading activity on one or more accounts, the Company reserves the right, acting in good faith and only to the extent reasonably necessary, to: (a) delay, stagger, or queue the processing of withdrawal requests beyond the timeframes set out above, for a period not to exceed thirty (30) additional business days, with notice to affected Traders explaining the reason and expected timing; (b) review, verify, and if necessary adjust the trade history of any account for the affected period before releasing a payout, including to detect and correct for latency arbitrage, price-feed errors, or other prohibited practices under Section 4 (see also Section 7); (c) apply revised leverage, position-size, or trading-hour limits to instruments experiencing a Platform Integrity Event on a prospective basis; and (d) take any other reasonable and proportionate step necessary to protect the integrity of the Company's simulated trading programmes and its ability to honour legitimate payout obligations.
This Section does not permit the Company to withhold, forfeit, or permanently deny a payout that is otherwise properly earned and verified. It permits only a temporary delay, staggering, or review as described above. The Company will communicate proactively with affected Traders and will process verified payouts as promptly as reasonably possible once the Platform Integrity Event or Correlated Payout Event has subsided or the required review is complete.
7. Violations
The following actions constitute violations and may result in immediate account termination:
- Drawdown breach: Exceeding either the daily or total drawdown limits results in immediate and automatic account termination.
- Prohibited strategy detection: Use of any strategy listed in Section 4 (Trading Restrictions) may lead to account termination. Where the Company determines that profit was generated through latency arbitrage, price-feed exploitation, or another prohibited practice under Section 4, the Company also reserves the right to void or adjust the profit attributable to that practice, in addition to account termination.
- Multiple account coordination: Operating multiple accounts with identical or mirror trades will trigger an investigation and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
- False registration information: Providing inaccurate personal or identity information during registration.
- Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or trade on your account is strictly prohibited.
In cases involving edge-case violations due to extreme market conditions or technical issues outside your control, FundedFast maintains a "benefit of the doubt" policy. Our review team evaluates such situations individually and may grant exceptions when warranted.
8. Fees & Refunds
8.1 Challenge Entry Fee
The challenge entry fee is a one-time, non-recurring payment. There are no subscription charges, no recurring billing, and no auto-renewals.
8.2 Fee Refund on Success
The entry fee is refunded in full with your first payout upon passing the evaluation programme. The fee is not refunded in the event of challenge failure or voluntary account withdrawal.
8.3 Payout Track Record
We process payouts within 5 business days of a payout request, subject to Section 6.3 (Force Majeure and Abnormal Market Conditions). Trust is our most valuable asset.
8.4 No Hidden Fees
FundedFast does not charge any of the following:
- No commission markups beyond standard market conditions
- No spread manipulation
- No platform fee
- No inactivity fee (for the first 90 days)
- No withdrawal fee
- No data feed fee
9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase during which you may withdraw from the contract and receive a full refund.
This right of withdrawal is void if you have commenced trading on the challenge account, as this constitutes the commencement of the digital service.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact support@fundedfast.com within the 14-day period. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
10. Complaints
FundedFast operates a multi-level complaint resolution process:
- Step 1: Contact our support team at support@fundedfast.com. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
- Step 2: If unsatisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to our senior review team.
- Step 3: If the matter remains unresolved, it will be reviewed by our compliance team, whose decision constitutes the Company's final position.
All complaints are logged, tracked, and reviewed to identify systemic issues and drive service improvements.
11. Account Scaling
Funded accounts that meet performance requirements are eligible to grow through a five-level scaling structure:
- Each level has its own profit target and minimum trading period: Level 1 to Level 2 requires a 10% profit target over at least 5 trading days; Level 2 to Level 3 requires 15% over at least 10 trading days; Level 3 to Level 4 requires 20% over at least 15 trading days; Level 4 to Level 5 requires 25% over at least 20 trading days.
- Clearing a level's requirements increases the account balance by 25%. Level 5 is the maximum level; the total possible increase across all levels is 2.44 times (2.4414x) the starting balance.
- Maximum daily loss decreases as the account scales: 5% at Level 1, 4% at Levels 2 and 3, and 3% at Levels 4 and 5, each calculated on that level's balance. Maximum total loss remains 10% of that level's balance at every level.
- Scaling is discretionary and subject to review by FundedFast's risk management team based on trading performance. Meeting a level's profit target and minimum trading period is not, by itself, a guarantee of advancement.
- Scaling is available on Two-Phase challenges. One-Phase challenges are not eligible for scaling.
The scaling structure is designed to reward traders who demonstrate sustainable, disciplined trading over time. It allows you to grow your funded capital without purchasing an additional challenge.
12. Eligibility & Restricted Jurisdictions
FundedFast challenges are available to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
- Registration: You must complete registration on the FundedFast platform and accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
- Identity verification: You must be able to satisfy our Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements when requested, including providing valid government-issued identification.

This list is reviewed periodically and may be updated to reflect changes in sanctions regimes or regulatory guidance. The current list also governs eligibility for the FundedFast Trading Competition (see the dedicated Competition Terms).
12.2 Excluded Persons
The following persons are not eligible to purchase challenges or participate in funded accounts, regardless of jurisdiction:
- Employees, contractors, consultants, or immediate family members of FundedFast or Memento Enterprises Limited.

12.3 Misrepresentation
If FundedFast determines, at any time, that a trader has misrepresented their country of residence in order to circumvent these restrictions, the Company reserves the right to terminate the account immediately, void any associated payouts, and retain any unpaid entry fees.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
FundedFast supports alternative dispute resolution. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make good faith efforts to resolve any dispute through the complaint process outlined in Section 10.
Nothing in these Terms shall affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your country of residence that cannot be contractually waived or limited.

Rules never change mid-challenge
If we update our rules, changes only apply to new challenges started after the update. Active traders are grandfathered under their original terms. Always.
Automated enforcement
Every rule is enforced through automated monitoring systems. No subjective decisions, no manual overrides, no human bias. The system treats every trader identically.
No rules designed to make you fail
No lot-size caps. No daily trade limits. No mandatory stop-loss during challenges. No profit caps. No restricted trading hours. Our rules focus on risk management, not on tripping you up.
