The firm's conditions: Restriction applies to country of permanent residency, not current physical location: a resident of an eligible country travelling in a restricted country can keep trading; a resident of a restricted country cannot access the services even when travelling elsewhere. Separate KYC rule (help article 11384149): residents of Brazil, China, Italy, Mexico, Romania, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates must complete identity verification before receiving a funded account (not a restriction). The Funded Trader Agreement also refers to a separate list of jurisdictions ineligible for Tradeify Elite Live. Note that Crimea and Antarctica are listed as separate entries.
