How to report an error, how firms can reply to what we publish, and every correction we have made.
Report an error
If something on FundedFast is wrong or out of date, email us. Please include:
- the address (URL) of the page;
- what is wrong, and what you believe is correct;
- a source, ideally a link to the firm's own published terms, help centre or pricing page;
- your name and, if you represent a firm, your role there.
What happens next
We check every report against the firm's own published source. If the source confirms the error, we correct the page, update its verification date and add an entry to the log below.
If we cannot confirm the report, we leave the page as it is and tell you why. If a firm's own documents contradict each other, we show both and say so.
Right of reply for firms
If you represent a firm we cover, you can ask us to correct facts about your firm by sending the official source. We make corrections on the evidence, not on request.
Where we publish a critical finding about a firm, the firm may send a short written response. We publish it next to the finding if it is factual, relevant to the finding and not promotional, and we show the date we received it.
A reply never changes a firm's position in a list unless it shows that our data was wrong. Firms cannot pay for corrections or replies.

Every substantive correction to firm data or editorial content is recorded here with its date. Typo and formatting fixes are not logged.
