Best Prop Firm With No Time Limit

One of the most common causes of evaluation failure is the time limit, not the rules. A 30-day clock pressures traders into low-conviction setups, oversized positions, and revenge trading. Removing the clock changes the game, and most major firms have done it since 2023. Here is who genuinely qualifies on every program, and where a deadline still applies.

Ce qui importe dans ce cas d'utilisation

We consider a prop firm 'genuinely no time limit' only if all three are true: no maximum days on either evaluation phase, no minimum trading day requirement that effectively forces activity within a window, and no inactivity-based account closure within the evaluation period. Firms that advertise 'no time limit' but enforce a 30-day inactivity rule are excluded. That is a time limit by another name. Applied against our own corrected data, four of the five firms below pass: FundedFast, FundingPips, FTMO and E8 Funding. Only FundedNext does not, since its time limit varies by program.

FundedFast, FundingPips, FTMO and E8 Funding all now run their evaluations with genuinely no time limit; FundedNext is the one firm here where it varies by program, so check your specific track before paying. FundingPips has the lowest entry fee at $29, ahead of E8 Funding's $32. FundedFast does not win on profit split: its standard rate is 80%, with 90% available as a paid add-on on larger accounts, while E8 Funding's checkout-chosen split reaches 100% and FundingPips scales to 100%. FundedFast, FundingPips and FundedNext refund the entry fee on your first payout; FTMO's EUR 79 entry priced above carries no refund (only its pricier 2-Step tier refunds), and E8 Funding's fee is never refunded under any circumstance. Drawdown varies by firm rather than having a single best answer. No firm on this list wins every column.

Entry fee is the lowest advertised price for each firm's smallest account. Figures come from each firm's published terms as recorded in our competitor data, last verified between April and August 2026. Terms change often, so check the firm's current page before paying. **FTMO prices in euro, not dollars. We show the US-dollar equivalent so every firm in this table can be compared in one currency: EUR 79 converted at the ECB reference rate of 1 EUR = 1.154 USD on 11 August 2026. The amount FTMO actually charges is EUR 79.

Le top 5 comparé : distinctions par catégorie

  1. FundedFast

Notre sociétéIdéal pour : No time limit with a fee refunded on first payout

No time limit on either phase, and a $49 entry, though the split at that tier is the standard 80% and FundingPips, FTMO and E8 Funding now all genuinely match the no-time-limit claim too.

    Points forts
    • No time limit on either evaluation phase
    • 80% split as standard, with a 90% add-on available on accounts from $50K (One-Phase) or $100K (Two-Phase)
    • Free recurring practice route via the FundedFast Open, itself run with no application deadline
    Points faibles
    • No longer unique on no time limit: FundingPips, FTMO and E8 Funding all genuinely match it now
    • Once funded, payouts require a 5-day minimum trading-day requirement within the cycle, which can frustrate traders who hold for weeks without taking new trades
    • Youngest firm on this list versus FTMO's 2015 founding, with a shorter public review history
Dès $49Split Up to 90%Durée Aucun
  2. FundingPips

Idéal pour : Cheapest entry, no time limit

Genuinely no time limit and a $29 entry, the lowest on this list, with payouts available on demand.

    Points forts
    • Lowest entry fee on this list at $29
    • No time limit on the evaluation
    • Payouts on demand, daily to monthly on your own schedule
    Points faibles
    • $400K base allocation before its PRIME track scales further
    • 100% profit split is a scaled-tier reward, not a day-one number; day one starts at 80%
    Dès $29Split 80-100%Durée Aucun
  3. FTMO

Idéal pour : Track record and trust

Removed its evaluation time limits in 2023, so both phases now run with no deadline, but the EUR 79 (about $91) 1-Step entry is the priciest on this list and carries no fee refund: only its pricier 2-Step tier refunds on a pass.

    Points forts
    • No time limit on either evaluation phase since 2023
    • Longest documented operating history on this list, since 2015, and the highest Trustpilot rating
    • 80-90% profit split, matching or beating most of this list
    Points faibles
    • Most expensive entry on this list: from EUR 79 (about $91), versus $29-$49 elsewhere

  4. E8 Funding

Idéal pour : Split chosen at checkout, up to 100%

Genuinely no time limit on its evaluation, and you choose your own profit split (up to 100%) at checkout, but the entry fee is non-refundable under any circumstance, even if you pass (the only firm on this list where that is true).

    Points forts
    • No time limit on the evaluation
    • Choose your profit split (80%, 90%, or 100%) at purchase, fixed for the life of the account
    • Second-lowest entry fee on this list at $32, tied with FundedNext
    Points faibles
    • Evaluation fee is non-refundable under any circumstance, per E8's own terms (the only firm on this list where that is true)
    • Tighter daily drawdown (2.5%) than most peers' 5%
    Dès $32Split 80%, 90% or 100%Durée Aucun
  5. FundedNext

Idéal pour : Highest funding ceiling plus fastest payouts

Aggressive $4M funding ceiling and a 24-hour payout guarantee, but time limits vary by program, so this is the one firm on this list where you must check your specific track for a deadline.

    Points forts
    • $4,000,000 maximum funding, the highest ceiling among the firms compared here
    • 24-hour guaranteed payout turnaround, faster than most firms here
    • Also runs a free monthly trading competition
    Points faibles
    • Time limit varies by program: the only firm on this list without a flat no-time-limit answer
    • Incorporated in Comoros, outside any established regulatory framework

Comment FundedFast gère cette situation

FundedFast removes the time limit on both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of its evaluation. The only timing requirement is a three-day minimum on both phases, which exists to prevent random-luck passes in a single trading session. There is no inactivity-based termination during the evaluation period. After funding, the only timing rule is a five-day minimum trading-day requirement in any payout cycle. The honest weakness: the no-time-limit policy applies to the evaluation. Once you are funded, requesting payouts requires the 5-day minimum trading days within the cycle, which can frustrate traders who hold for weeks at a time without taking new trades.

Quand ce n'est pas le bon choix

If you trade actively every day and intend to hit profit targets quickly, the no-time-limit benefit is wasted. A deadline is irrelevant to high-frequency day traders who pass in a week regardless. The unlimited-time advantage matters most to swing traders and to anyone trading around full-time work.

Foire aux questions

Why do prop firms impose time limits?

Time limits filter out traders who do not have a tested edge. A profitable strategy will produce results within a window. The downside is they also filter out perfectly capable traders who are forced into bad decisions under deadline pressure.

Which prop firms have no time limit?

FundedFast, FundingPips, FTMO and E8 Funding all run their evaluations with genuinely no time limit in 2026. FundingPips has the lowest entry fee at $29; E8 Funding follows at $32. FTMO qualifies too but at the highest entry price on this list, from EUR 79 (about $91). FundedNext is the exception: its time limit varies by program, so check your specific track before paying.

Does FundedFast really have no time limit?

Yes, on both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the evaluation. The only timing requirement is a three-day minimum trading days on each phase, which exists to prevent single-session lucky passes.

Is no time limit better for beginners or experienced traders?

Both, but for different reasons. Beginners benefit by being able to take their time learning the rules. Experienced traders benefit by being able to wait for high-conviction setups instead of forcing trades to hit a deadline.
